Your stage.
Our show.
Host a public or invite-only AI Roadshow™ date — taught in person by its authors — and take a share of the fee it earns under your roof.
A clean deal.
Most of the season runs in-house, inside client buildings. A limited number of dates run as hosted stops — and they're built to be worth a venue's while.
You bring
A room that seats 20 or 2,000 — any size audience works — a date in the diary, and promotion to your members, tenants, students or network.
We bring
The full programme delivered by both authors, materials for every delegate, the game round, and the booking page for your date.
You earn
A negotiated share of the engagement fee for every date you host — agreed per venue, per season, in writing before anything is announced.
From proposal to show day.
Four steps, no mystery. You'll know the date, the audience plan and your share before a word goes public.
Propose
Tell us about the room and the audience you can reach. We reply within one working day.
Scope
A short call to agree the date, the format, the audience plan — and your revenue share, in writing.
Announce
We build the booking page for your date; you promote it to your network. Public or invite-only — your call.
Show day
Both authors deliver. You host, your brand on the door. The summary note credits the venue.
A share of every date.
The share is negotiated per venue, per season — reflecting the room, the reach and the calendar — and it's in your agreement before a date is announced. No listing fees, no charge to propose.
What the room needs.
If you can seat a board, a cohort or a full auditorium, you can host the Roadshow.
Boardroom to auditorium — we cater for every audience size
We bring backup kit anyway
For the game round and tooling clinic
Non-negotiable, honestly

Proposal received — thank you.
We'll come back within one working day. If the room and the audience fit the season, we'll arrange a short call to agree the date and the revenue share.

Venue questions,
answered straight.
On the scoping call, per venue and per season — reflecting the room, the audience you can reach, and the calendar. It goes in your agreement in writing before a date is announced, and there are no listing fees either way.
We build and run the booking page for your date; you promote it to your members, tenants, students or network. Invite-only dates work too — you fill the room directly and the same share applies.
Both authors — Matthew Blakemore and Dr Angus Finney — in person. The venue provides the room, front-of-house and AV; we bring the programme, the materials, the game and our own backup kit.
